The Types of Radio Communications Equipment Owned by FLM are as follows:

Handhelds:

• Bendix King EPH Series - 14 banks of 14 channels, the older of our Bendix King Radios
• Bendix King GPH5102x Serries - 16 Channels, NO Banks. We only have a couple of this style.
• Bendix King GPH5102xp Series - 16 Banks of 16 Channels, the newest of our Bendix King Radios
• Kenwood TK-270 Series - 128 Channels with different Banking Options. Has a front keypad. Slowly being phased out within the department due to age.
• Motorola JT/HT 1000 Series - 16 Channels NO Banks. Reliable, however being phased out due to age.
• Infinity P1000PG Series - 128 Channels with NO Banking. Newest of the radios, Field Programable, Lightweight.

FLM is capable of programming most of their radios in-house. The radios we can currently program are:

The Hesperus Communications Tower is located at the following coordinates:

FLMFPD owns the Tower, Antennas, Feedline (wire), Repeater, & Outbuilding. The Tower Height is Appx. 75'.

The La Monte Communications Tower (3 miles south of Menefee) is located at the following coordinates:
