The course requirements are as follow:

EMT	IS-100, IS-200, IS-700, and IS-800
Firefighters	IS-100, IS-200, IS-700, and IS-800
Officers	IS-100, IS-200, IS-300, IS-400, IS-700, and IS-800

To take a course go to My Courses, select the course, select the lesson, and work it. Work all lessons. The last lesson is the test.
